Refund Policy

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@denzilstanley.com.

Exchange Policy Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@denzilstanley.com.

Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, Unused, Intact, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and custom-made products are not eligible for return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@denzilstanley.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. The pickup and drop will be arranged by Denzil & Stanley

Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time: 3-10 business days. Shipping Carriers: We use reliable shipping carriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery and Ekart for deliveries.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Denzil & Stanley is not liable for packages once they have been delivered. If Package is lost or damaged, a replacement product will be delivered subject to availability. In an event Denzil & Stanley is unable to send replacement, 100% refund will be issued 

Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Denzil & Stanley. We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand your options.

Order Cancellation Period:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Requests for cancellation made after this period will be subject to review and may not be accommodated.

How to Cancel an Order:

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email at [support@email.com] or through our website's live chat feature. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation in your request.

Refund Eligibility:

If you cancel your order within the stipulated cancellation period, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Orders canceled after the cancellation period may still be eligible for a refund at our discretion. A restocking fee may apply.

Exceptions:

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Out-of-Stock Items:

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to replace the item with a similar one, wait for restocking, or cancel the order for a full refund.
